At Standert Bicycles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Whether it is a sizing issue or a change of heart, our goal is to get you back on the road with the right equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Standert box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unridden, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
