How long does it take to ship a complete bicycle?
For in-stock framesets and builds, shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. Custom builds or pre-order items will have specific lead times listed on the product page.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our bicycles and components worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. The bicycle must be in its original, unridden condition and packed in the original shipping box.
How do I determine the correct frame size for me?
Each model features a detailed geometry chart. We recommend comparing these measurements to your current bike or consulting our size guide based on your height and inseam.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
We offer a 2-year legal warranty on all frames and components. Additionally, we provide a crash replacement program for the original owners of Standert frames.
Are the bikes delivered fully assembled?
Bicycles are shipped 85-95% assembled. You will typically need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We recommend a final safety check by a professional mechanic.
